Some of the industry leading safety features of the Rhino include:

First with standard three point seatbelts for both driver and passenger

First with standard doors on both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle

A certified Roll Over Protection Structure (ROPS)

SxS specific safety labels and warnings posted throughout the vehicle

Yamaha was the 1st SxS manufacturer to promote full riding gear for the driver & passenger. Full gear includes:

A DOT certified helmet

Goggles or another form of shatterproof eye protection

Gloves

Long sleeve shirt

Long pants

And over-the-ankle-boots.
